The Sword and Laser discussion

It's not my book, but it is the book of a friend's mom. It's weird, I grew up with this friend and only recently learned that her mom is an author, writing books for kids with a bit of a fantasy bent. Anyway, one of her books, A Question of Magic, is a Kindle deal for $1.99 through May 11th. It's aimed at about 3rd through 6th graders and introduces the Slavic myth of Baba Yaga (interesting to me because I only just recently came upon this myth myself). Anyway, if you have youngins, you might be interested in this for them or to read with them. Or maybe other E.D. Baker books...
