Karla Slusher | 6 comments I just finished the grave witch series by kalayna price and I loved death's character and alex's. I also just finished the Dresden files by jim butcher, The mortal Insturments by cassandra claire, and kate daniels series by ilona andrews. I loved all of these and I am dying for something along the same lines. I am open to m/m, m/f, etc so recommend away! Thanks in advance!

Helga Raats | 1 comments Hi Karla, Seanan McGuire's October Daye series or Patricia Briggs Mercedes Thompson series are fun reads.

Hannah (Sakurahan or ForeverBooks18) (sakurahan18) | 7 comments Hi, my favourite book series of all time is The All Souls Trilogy by Deborah Harkness. The first book is called A Discovery Of Witches. It's a paranormal romance/historical/fantasy series. The fantasy elements don't really come in until book 2 however.

Mlpmom (Book Reviewer) (mlpmombookreviewer) | 839 comments I second the Briggs books (both series are fabulous!) and the All Souls Trilogy, they are all favorites of mine!

Loved The Hallows by Kim Harrison too. The first book wasn't a favorite but I was completely hooked by the third.

Cecy Robson's Weird Sisters series is fabulous, Darynda Jones' Charley Davidson series (so funny and fun), and Suzanne Johnson's Sentinels of New Orleans are also favorites and ones I would recommend to anyone.

Akaria Gale | 101 comments I'll second Kim Harrison. I'm only on the third book, but really like them so far. Bonus...at 13 books I think The Hallows is a complete series.

Rachael (SnowAngelRachael) | 7 comments The Louisiangel series by C. L. Coffey!!

Angel in Training (Louisiangel, #1) by C.L. Coffey Angel Eclipsed (Louisiangel, #2) by C.L. Coffey

It's my most favourite series ever - and the next book is out in June. I can't wait. The second book somehow managed to get better than the first and that was brilliant!

♥Lynn ♥ | 519 comments One of the best M/M series I've ever read was Infected Prey (Infected, #1) by Andrea Speed by Andrea Speed. Love the main character.

I second, third, and fourth the Charley Davidson series. Love the main character's job and disposition in life.

Kevin Hearne's Iron Druid series is good, though the last 2 I found wanting. Karen Chance's Cassie Palmer, and I like Jennifer Estep's Elemental Assassin. Chloe Neill's Chicagoland Vampires is good and so is her Devil's Isle series. My favorite series right now is The Sentinel's of New Orlean's by Suzanne Johnson. Book one is slow as she does her world building, but the rest are really good.

I loved Charley Davidson to Book 8 and she lost me with the ending and book nine was just as illogical.

Jenny Schwartz (jenny_schwartz) I'm desperately waiting on Marked in Flesh (The Others, #4) by Anne Bishop , so I'd recommend taste testing "The Others" series by Anne Bishop with Written in Red (The Others, #1) by Anne Bishop

Jane Jackson (janejackson91) | 3 comments Some great recommendations above, will definitely be checking out The All Souls trilogy by Deborah Harkness (many thanks to Sakurahan above).
For a thrilling and fresh angle on the paranormal romance theme that avoids the usual cliches (aren't we all a little tired of being spoon-fed the usual tropes..?) I would HIGHLY recommend "Once Bitten, Twice Die" by Antony J. Stanton
Once Bitten, Twice Die by Antony Stanton
Once Bitten, Twice Die
Not at all what you'd expect, prepare to be gripped. And romanced paranormally...
I'd also recommend "Beauty of the Beast" by V. Faust, especially for those who love their vampires dark and brooding... (think 'Interview w t Vamp')

Elizabeth Wheeler | 386 comments Ilona Andrews series The Edge is also very good. Also Nalini Singh Psy/Changeling series is great.
