February Mini-Challenge: Extra Day, Extra Reading

review"
I picked a different book for this challenge, but have that one in my pile to read soon. Glad to know you liked it!

Just a clicking error. When I typed in the name of the book, For Love and Evil was the first selection.

I posted the last update until Tuesday morning for this feed. I have to give myself time to read too :) I have really enjoyed watching all of you select your books, and the enthusiasm you have had for this challenge. I hope it goes well for all of you and you can come back and tell us about your great day reading.
Love, Kadijah Michelle (and I'm sure the other Moderators will totally agree).

Suzanne, welcome to the Silently and Very Fast team. :)

Hopefully I can finish within the day! I've just realized I don't have too much time to read tomorrow. It's a nice short book though, so it shouldn't be a problem.

I'm hoping to read The Enchanted Wood by Enid Blyton, my mother's favourite book from her childhood which she has been wanting me to read for ages :)

used today to finish books i had already started but im going to settle down with Dracula for this challenge and hope to finish it by tonight.

EDIT to say that I updated my initial post, message 46.

Also, does anyone have any ideas if there's a name for a book like this. A non-fiction/reference book, but from within a fictional universe?

The Time Machine
I loved it but perfered the 60's? Film. I think it was just a lot more visual in places. I loved the film bit where it was passing slowly through time to get to the utopia years. Thats not in the book :(

Also, Andrew, if you see this, I read Don Quixote quite some time ago and though I barely remember it, I'd agree with Theresa~OctoberLace that it was really funny in parts, and mostly very enjoyable, and while it was long and occasionally far too long, it was never the kind of long that felt overly tedious. I'd say go for it! :)

Paul, I didn't realize The Old Man and the Sea was short enough to read in a day, and now I'm intrigued by your description.
I'm about halfway through with Silently and Very Fast and so far I'm in love.
