I am launching a non-commercial website that allows people to catalog their home libraries online so that they can see what books each other have at home in order to borrow from each other offline.
I read in your website that it is not possible to request any method more than once a second and I understood that it is not possible to request your API more than once a second, is this right? Is it per user or by developer key?
Well, I would like to use Goodreads API to get data such as book title, author, cover, ISBN, description...whenever a user is searching for a book to add to his library or searching for a book to borrow however the limit of 1 request per second is too low in our case, because thousands of users are expected to search for books at the same time.
Is it possible to agree with you on exceeding your API limits according to our needs?
I checked with customer service and it looks like we sent you two responses. We'll resend, but can you double check your spam folder and make sure it's not hiding there?
