Super Heroes RP discussion

"I'm not going anywhere! I made a promise to Firststrike and I intend to keep it. She just said that she's coming back with all of them. And if you and Dawnstar are so close then why didn't she make you a new suit?" Rogue was getting pretty upset and was about two seconds from purposefully grabbing Caution's hand without her gloves.

"Not that it is any of your business but I rejected the suit." Caution informed her. "If she's so deserving of being in this fight-let her speak for herself!" Caution declared.

"Ans Dawnstar has no intention of joining this fight with Batman in such a condition!" Caution added.

"Hence the reason I said they would be here once he healed! You insolent little brat!"

Caution froze. It seemed like time stopped but instead of Caution, executing her desires plan it seemed Lauren stepped straight in and got to do it first. She slapped Rouge across the face without hesitation. Captain's lips parted in surprise
"Relax!" She hissed at both of them. "We are never going to accomplish anything!" She looked at them both, daring them to object with her and her defined status. She looked at Caution first, "You clearly need to work on your appeal," She then looked at Rouge, "Caution has a point you know." She then looked at them both. "Case closed," She said her voice neutral but daring them once again to object.

Firststrike just sighed. "And I thought trying to get Bee and Jumper from destroying each other was a challenge."

(No need. I just couldn't remember what hero she was.)

Marie took a step back and glared at both of them. If she didn't respect Wolverine as much as she did she probably wouldn't think twice about killing Caution. She was an ungrateful brat.

"Why am I ungrateful and why am I a brat?!" Caution hissed demanding a response.

Connor descended into the cave followed by the other members of the Titans. He caught sight of Caution and knew something was bound to go wrong.

He turned quickly to fly back out of the cave, grabbing star and raven. "Its not safe," He told them as he flew.

((What do you mean?))

Marie stopped for a second. She had never said that out loud so how did she know that's what she was thinking?

Caution glared at her, "Answer the little arrogant brat,"

"First, I said you were insolent. And second, I never said you were ungrateful."

Raven and Starfire followed slightly confused. "Why not?" Raven asked.

"Answer the damn question!"
"Long story," Connor muttered heading to a secluded area of the building. He took them to a private storage room and closed the door behind him.

"I can't answer it because I never said it!"

"Start talking." Starfire said.

You thought it. Said an icy heartless voice inside Marie's head. It sounded nothing like caution. It sounded mean angry vengeful and all the more dangerous and evil. Now why don't you share? The voice asked with a crud sneer followed by a dark chuckle.

"Alright, but you asked for it." He told her.
"Sit," he lowered himself to the ground.

"Most of us can say we chose to be the hero, we were granted the power, correct?" connor asked eyeing them both.

Marie stood her ground and pretended like she didn't hear anything. She just fixed her sling and adjusted the placement of her arm in it.

They both sat down. "Of course," they said.

"Caution....Erm...How should I put it..." connor struggled for words, "I guess in this istance we can say, it was more of a do or die situation. According to my sources, Caution's the modt dangerous and leasdt likely to be a hero out of all of us."

"Then why would she be here?" Starfire asked.

"The real question is, why is she alive." He muttered under his breathe. He knew more than wha he was alluding to but didn't feel the titans were ready to hear Cautions history. He himself was barley ready to return to them.

What aren't you telling us Connor? Raven questioned mentally.

Its not mine to tell, he replied. Just watch yourself...actually watch her closely and see her history unfold. Try to walk in her shoes before you accuse.

Raven nodded and the 2 girls remained silent.

Shes a beautiful individual he sighed. You just have to see it tp understand what a work of art she truly is, and how she is more hero than all of us.

Raven didn't respond this time. She just let his words sink in.

"I am an alien not a psychic," Starfire mentioned.

Connor looked to Raven to repeat what he told her to Starfire

"He said that we can find out her history by watching her and that we should walk in her shoes before we accuse her of anything. He put it more eloquently than this but to simplify it, Caution is complicatedly, beautiful individual and that she's more hero than any of us."

"It's no wonder you guys use telepathy rather than talk out loud. It takes longer to say it than to think it." Starfire said. "That aside, have you talked to her? Really talked to her? About how you feel and what you want?" she asked Connor.

"What are you talking about?" Connor asked confuseed.

"I may not be psychic but I'm also not blind." She leaned closer and her next words were barely a whisper, "Raven won't fully believe anything unless you actually talk to her."

Raven looked slightly confused.

Connors eyes knitted together. He shot up suddenly enraged. "What is wrong with you two!" He exclaimed in shock. With that he slammed his way through the safe like door, throwing it off its hinges he flew straight back to the cave.

Raven laughed. "Starfire we really need to go over the whole boundaries thing again. That was totally inappropriate. It's none of your business. He and I both have our issues and it's going to take time to work through them. Things aren't just going to happen like it did with you and Robin. It takes time." Raven left it at that and slowly made her way back to the cave.

Starfire stayed behind to process everything and figure out exactly what she had said wrong.

Connor made his way to Caution, grabbing her he picked her up and somewhat roughly shoving her up against the cave wall. She growled at him baring her teeth she exclaimed, "What the hell are you doing?'l she barked at him.

Marie smiled to herself. It wasn't very often that somebody could catch Caution off guard like that. Raven made it to the cave and stood back in the shadows with her head down. She didn't want to cause a scene with Connor.

Starfire finally got back up and made her way to the cave.

Out of the corner of her eye, Caution saw Marie smile.

But instead of sending Marie for the mutant she was Caution saw the monster from the x program who smiled evilly at her.

"Time for your check up," The woman's voice cooed evilly. Caution, held back by restrains could only glare at the woman and imaginably kill her. But yet again Caution could do nothing. So she bit Connor. He yelped in surprise and before he could do much else, she plunged her claws straight into his abdomen. His eyes widened and he gasped.

'WHAT THE HELHEIM!' Loki thought in rage.

Bruce sensed something wrong.

Raven freaked but she didn't get close to him. Are you ok? she asked him calmly. She didn't want to push him but she really wasn't sure what she should do instead. She could try to calm Caution but it may not work.

Connor grasped onto Cautions shoulder as he slowly slipped down, his hand slipping down her body he landed awkwardly at her feet as he slid painfully off of her claws.
"All me a brat again, I dare you!" She threatened Rouge. "You can't kill me so whats the point in torturing me!"

"I won't ok? But somebody needs to help him."

Raven projected her soul-self in Caution's mind and sent wave after wave of calm over her. Doing that stretched her a little thin but she still managed to make it over to Connor and lay a hand on his arm. She opened herself to his feelings and began absorbing his pain in order to induce rapid healing.

Caution felt Raven's prescience in her mind and forcefully and obviously painfully sent a wave full of unbottle anger and rage which could have easily messed up her mental connection. It was a clear sign, stay out of my head.

Raven snapped her soul-self back and instead used it on Connor to keep him calm. She wasn't sure if she would be able to absorb all of his pain. There was so much that it just didn't seem possible. "Sorry Caution. I didn't mean to upset you I just wanted to help. And I went about it the wrong way."

Caution dismissed Raven's intention with a swift snort. Quite frankly, she didn't give a damn. She watched Connor on the ground. Maybe she felt a slight tug of guilt bu not too much to compel her to reseal her actikns

Raven finally got rid of all of Connor's pain. She sat back panting and began meditating to deal with it all.

Starfire reached the cave and immediately realized that something was wrong. She hurried over and flew above them. "Is he ok?"

Connor grunted and rose, walking away from Raven and Starfire.

Raven walked back in the opposite direction to her previous location. Somehow she felt father away from Connor and she didn't like it.

Starfire stayed where she was. She wasn't quite sure what to do. It was her fault that they were like this.

(Why are you ignoring Caution? I'm barely getting a chance to use her.....)

Caution walked off pissed. Captain seemed suddenly lost.
"How are we meant to take down Ultron when our own team members can take us down," He muttered scratching his head in a concerned manner

Lenneth shook his head. "Beats me Cap. Maybe after some time training together we can all learn a little trust and respect for the members of our team."

Raven walked up to Caution. "Listen I think we got off on the wrong foot. My teammate Superboy was telling us that you're probably the best hero here. I don't want to be on your bad side so can you give me a chance?"

Firststrike sighed. "I'm hoping that we can move soon, as Ultron isn't exactly slowing down."

Marie nodded. "I know and everybody here is getting restless. We really should be splitting up into our groups by now. We need the training time."
