This is the last book I need for our 2 month challenge that ends in may! LOL!

My copy just arrived at my library so I will be able to pick it up tomorrow! I have NO idea what this book is about. LOL

I bought my daughter a copy a long time ago! lol!
So I think the 2 month reading challenge is a good reason to read it! And reading it with my buddies too! :D

I work tomorrow 12 to 6 and probably won't get much reading done. I will start either tomorrow or Sat.

So, small confession - I'm an awful flyer. AWFUL
I have to be drugged so much I can barely function once off the plane - I just need to sleep.

I went after I took an eight our flight to New york in the middle of the night and pretty much panicked the whole flight.

lol when I went to fly to Costa Rica, I went to my doctor and they gave me some antianxiety medication.
I also still take the motion sickness stuff.... so I'm in sleepy happy heaven when I fly now :)

I just finished ch. 23 and decided to go ahead and post, and then I saw your spoilers. I literally had every single thought as you up to this point. LOL

The crash: (view spoiler)[ Yes, I thought the exact same thing because when Larry asked her that question she simply mumbled her answer but didn't even know what he'd asked. I think the pilot was a bit irresponsible to ask her at that point in time. (hide spoiler)]

Robie: (view spoiler)[ My sentiments exactly: how will she survive? She seems to have a pretty good head on her shoulders, but if no one knows she's on the plane they won't be looking for her, but they will be looking for the pilots so perhaps that's how she'll be found or a boat? (hide spoiler)]

Max: (view spoiler)[ Max is in deep trouble! If he's not dead, he appears to be close to it.! How is she going to push him over the raft and then get him back IN it? That's no easy task! I hope that he is saved too. (hide spoiler)]

AJ: (view spoiler)[ Imagine how she'll feel when she realizes all that happened! How could she just leave a 15 year old alone, no matter what the situation without at least asking her parents? I don't like relatives that want to be "coo" and not think of a child's safety first. (hide spoiler)]

I know!! The book made it sound like Max (view spoiler)[ was dead at one point when Robie was calling and calling for him, so I thought, "that's it...she's all alone now," and then he grabbed her hand. LOL (hide spoiler)]

Your last spoiler: (view spoiler)[ I thought that when Larry asked her whatever he did right before they boarded if she'd already added her weights somehow, like he knew (assumed) that she already knew the routine. I got the feeling that he THOUGHT since she'd "done all the weighing" that her weight had already been added. That was my immediate thought when I read that part. I was thinking, "Oh no, he thinks her weights have all been added." (hide spoiler)]

I have to finish by tomorrow and then I will pick this one back up. :)

Max (view spoiler)[ I had the same thought! Because he hasn't been helping her! With anything! He hasn't been giving her adivce on what to do! He would have made sure that she wouldn't drink the sea water and not eat anything without having fresh water! Things like that! She would have woke him up to eat something! I mean how can you sit there and know that someone needs to eat as much as you do and not wake them? She didn't wake him before they hit the reef!

This is her way of coping with surving by herself. And she could have read his journal and in her mind he is telling her instead. (hide spoiler)]

Robie (view spoiler)[ I'm going to be really sad for her if he's dead. Now she's on this island! How is she going to be rescued? Why didn't that C-130 see her flare? (hide spoiler)]
