I have to agree with Hermione that it would be rather interesting to study Muggles from a Wizarding point of view.
Oh no! I wonder why Sirius Black is after Harry! Maybe revenge for You-Know-Who? And now it makes sense why Fudge wouldn't sign the permission slip!
