Book synopsis
IN BOSTON, THERE'S A KILLER ON THE LOOSE...

A killer who targets lone women, who breaks into their apartments and performs terrifying ritualistic acts of torture on them before finishing them off. His surgical skills lead police to suspect he is a physician - a physician who, instead of saving lives, takes them.

But as homicide detective Thomas Moore and his partner Jane Rizzoli begin their investigation, they make a startling discovery. Closely linked to these killings is Catherine Cordell, a beautiful doctor with a mysterious past. Two years ago she was subjected to a horrifying rape and shot her attacker dead.

btw for those who haven't read this before, the author used to be some sort of criminal or forensic person (scientist maybe)

This is the job that I wanted to do, I wanted to do pathology.

My work experience at school when I was 15 gave me 6 weeks (2 breaks of 3) to go where I wanted, they didn't give a shit back in the day haha, now days I wouldn't be allowed within 10 feet.

Anyway I used to go and help in the morgue and watch the post mortems, it was the most awesome job ever!!!

I loved it so much, I was obsessed with Quincy when I was younger (remember that program?) and decided that was what I wanted to do.
I didn't get the grades I needed though so that all went down the toilet lol

Not my cup of Tea...for a job, however it's what my daughter wants to do...She wants to go into Forensic Science, and has her high school 4 year plan based around this career.

Yes, we are officially moved, but since it is a new up coming area, its hard to get the things we need such as internet and cable, we called so many places for internet, and all we can find to come out was a local one, that is a little pricey, but its all we can get, they are not coming out until the 16th or 17th.
No cable, all we can get is satellite, and they are coming out tomorrow to hook up. Its actually been nice not having all the distractions, as I have gotten a butt-ton of books read! ...but I have really been missing GR.

Also, no more Starbucks for me, so I will hopefully back in full swing once internet get hooked up!

So far I'm interested, and Rizzoli is definitely making sure she stakes her claim in this.

So I started listening to it on audio but realized it is an abridged edition... so went to find an unabridged edition... Or so I thought... NOTHING! WTH?

Now my kindle will only open the file and then say I don't have enough memory...

Deciding what to delete off my kindle is going to be a heart wrenching experience, not sure I can take it!

I know I have backup, and they aren't deleted forever...but still ;)
