So basically this is a place where you can ask other people to make characters that you had an idea for, but don't want to make it yourself for whatever reasons. So if your character is the only one in a certain colony, then you can come here and ask if anyone can make a character for that colony. Also, if your character has a sibling, cousin or friend that you want made, you can ask here.
