Books on the Nightstand discussion

So alas, it appears that I didn't win BOTNS's Two Dozen Books giveaway. Had heard that we might be able to find out what the books are every month though. Anybody have any scuttlebutt on that?

Yes - in the Facebook booktopia group, Ann said they would send out the email about the selected books towards the end of each month so that they don't ruin the surprise for the winners (if the books aren't published until late in the month or something.)

Alexia won. Her first book was The Nix and the second was Hero of the Empire: The Boer War, a Daring Escape, and the Making of Winston Churchill. These were both recommendations by Ann.

I will try to remember to post here, Alexia posted on FB. If I forget, someone give me a nudge.
