I'll ask a question! You guys answer...

what do u do if you start reading a book then realize you don't like it??

Its like a movie for me ... I can't start it without finishing it. And when I finish it I'm usually saying why did I do that ... I knew I wouldn't like it.

If I just can't get into it after the first 20 pages or so, I'm not even trying. For example, The Knife of Never Letting Go. I just couldn't get past the speech, grammar, and spelling. But most books I start, I finish.

I am so the same way! I am like incapable of leaving things unfinished once I start something, even if it ends up being close to torture, lol.

lol, I know ... sometimes I will just speed read the boring parts ... but at least I finsih it.

Well depending on how much I dislike it I can force myself and finish it (and maybe do a mean review on it mmuahaha!), ooor if it's really bad, like R. L. Mathewson's, then I just give it up.

I mean, what's the point? If it's not your cup of tea, then it's not your cup of tea!

Anyways, just so you know, I hate her books because they're totally anoying, her male characters are completely sexist and bullies! A bunch of douches! She manages to take this concepts to a hole new level!

I'm being repetitive, I know, but lately, the Lux Series by Jennifer L. Armentrout. It has action, a bit of mystery and romaaance! haha

To add something new, I'm looking forward to Michelle A. Valentine's Black Falcon series... Have you guys heard of / do you recommend it?

Well, so far I like our pace, I just want us to achieve our monthly goals, and therefore increase participation (discussions)! I mean, we should really talk after reading! I'd really like that! :)

Yes me too. I would like to see more discussion.
