What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I first read this about a year or so ago and want to re-read it. Can I remember the title or auther? I cannot.

The H is a boxer, we first meet him when he's across the street watching a girl walk to work, we learn he's been watching a while. Sounds creepier then it is.

She's super shy. Has been abused in the past and with help of a teacher managed to escape her home and enrol in college/uni. To make ends meet, she works in a diner/cafe. One of her regulars - an old boxing trainer - offers her a job doing his books. She takes the job and gets to know some of the guys. She falls for one of his up and coming boys and they get involved and live hea.

I remember trying to work out where this was set - I thought the UK but not certain. A few of the guys are irish and there's some making friends with a local (possibly the schools) rugby team.

Can someone please remind me of the title?
