That was the "clump" I was talking about - linked in Post #1. There are a couple of other strays as well.

If I ruled the world, I would keep them separated because the annotations are a significant portion of the book. But I think the policy here is that they should be combined. Is that correct?
This critical edition has a note stating it should not be combined with the main work, but it's not clear why this would be an exception to the guideline regarding such works.
Also, there are a number of "Annotated" versions in a separate work; the guidelines as I understand them suggest they should be combined with the primary work.
