I love the new cover! Is your book sci-fi or fantasy? Because the first cover looks more sci-fi and the second looks fantasy.

The original actually looks really cool blown up to about poster-size so you can see all the details, but at thumbnail size, it just wasn't doing the trick.

Both book covers are quite stunning. I prefer the style of the letters on the second one.

I can see what you mean about how the second book has more thumbnail appeal. Though I like both covers, the second one is more visually impacting and stands out better. Great choice!

I gotta say, I like the first one better. Both are quite nice, though.

I love both but I prefer the second one. I think it is easier on the eyes. However, I liked the first one's lettering better. I can see how it would tie a series together whereas the second type is more common, and seen on many other covers.

2nd one for me, please! ^_~

I like the image better and the colors and think it has more visual impact annnd even the font looks more "pro" imho.

Both covers are cool, but the second feels a bit more professional, I think it is the lettering! Great job, will be interesting to see if it helps increase sales for you.

I like the older cover better personally. I remember seeing this cover somewhere and thought now that's a good book cover.

I like the second one. I like the way the character is looking right at you; that grabs my attention. Good job!

Second cover looks way better. The first one is kind of hard to tell what is going on. I'm also releasing an ebook tomorrow with a new cover from the paperback. Wishing you the best!

I like the first one but if it doesn't work at thumbnail size then the second one is good too.

The second one. Great image. It makes me curious about the character. (I'm also partial to blue.) :)

Thanks all. I do still like the first cover, but the visual impact isn't really felt completely until you blow it up to poster-size (which you can without losing image quality). It just hasn't been doing the trick for me. Hopefully the new one gets the series some more eyeballs, time will tell.

The old one was by Adam Wayne, the new one by Andreas Zafiratos.

Both are good, but WOW to that second one!
