Perrin going into that town, where the people over there are seeing ghosts everywhere was interesting, is this due to the fact that the dark one is close to breaking out ?

Perrin has turned completely into a love puppy for faile, where in he chops off the wrist of a shaido guy to get information from him.

I didn't really see how the ghost town fits into this world.

I think that Ghost Town becomes important in the next book.
