More than one person can definitely answer the DQs for the BoM to earn points, but you only earn one set of points per person no matter how many times you post in the discussion.
And you do not have to answer the actual questions, you can just add to the discussion as long as it is more than a sentence or 2.
So go for it and we earn 20 points. 8-) Just let us know the post # so we can add it to the spread sheet. Thanks!
Oh and did you like the book? I did!

Why does life get in the way of my reading all the time? First work, now school.

I do agree it was a little too long in parts, and keeping track of all the names was hard, but it was different and I think that is why I liked it so much.

LOL I totally agree. I am close to finishing "Strange the Dreamer" and I so wished my lunch break was 30 minutes longer today!

That is the WORST. Especially when the break ends and you have about 5-20 pages left and it's RIGHT AFTER the big reveal.
If it makes you feel better, I have a big project due too that I need to work on... Plus side: my project involves some reading later on (mostly picture books); downside, I have a bunch of new yarn I want to play with :(

Is there anything that you do that you think is cool, but also seems somewhat unusual or misunderstood? This could be book-related (for example, I have a frie..."
I only keep the book(s) I'm currently reading on my Kindle app. I delete everything as soon as I've read it. I got used to freeing up the space when I had my first iPhone and practically no storage. Even now, with an iPad and phone with enough storage to download every book I've ever read, its habit.

I used to be like this with audiobooks on my old phone. Now I have over ten times what I had on my last phone, and keeping all my currently checked out audiobooks takes up maybe 2% of the space.
I don't think I could ever limit my nook to only what I'm currently reading. But a big part of having my nook is making sure on long trips I always have a variety of options to read on a whim.

My book-related weird thing is that I have a compulsion to regularly reshuffle my bookshelves. I used to do it more than once a week, but I've settled into reorganizing maybe once or twice a month now.
My non-book related weird thing is that while I have a pet, it's
not a cute fuzzy dog or cat like many of you have, because I'm allergic to adorable fuzzy things. I have a pet snake instead. :P

Oooh, have fun!

I don't find that weird because I do the same thing. And not because of lack of space, I just don't like seeing books I have already read on my kindle or in general my shelves either. Once I have read a book that I own I take it to the used bookstore and turn it in for credit so I can get more. This may be weird but I never re read a book I have already read even if I loved it. (the exception are my Taoist books. )

Cool! What kind of snake? I was allergic to dogs and cats as a kid (Still allergic to cats but not dogs any more) and I have a pet Iguana for awhile and also frogs and turtles.

Have a wonderful trip! Beach reading makes any book even better. 8-)

She's a grey-and-white corn snake. Technically an "anery motley" cornsnake, though that means nothing to most people. She's 9 months old, less than two feet long, and has never even tried to bite anyone. She did poop on my SO though.
I kind of wanted to get a bearded dragon, but they are more labor-intensive in terms of having a very frequent feeding schedule needing live bugs. I may at some point consider getting one when I have more free time. I'm also considering possibly getting a crested gecko.
I want cats, and am getting allergy shots which should decrease my sensitivity, but for now it's a toss-up as to whether I'm totally fine or in perpetual fits of sneezing around cats.

Yes but you have 1 month from the day the BoM was started so for "The Circle" it is Jun 2,
for "Gentleman from Moscow" it is Jun 12
and for "Strange the Dreamer" Jun 22

I still plan to read both books by those dates. I have been racing to finish May challenges and did not manage to squeeze them in this month.

Sorry if I missed it! I'll get to it asap, though I'm just heading out for a work trip so at earliest it will be this evening.

Oh no worries. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't cause I did it wrong, or didn't do enough to get the points.

Sorry if I misse..."
I appreciate you letting me know!

I do that too:-). As soon as I finish a book on my Kindle, it gets deleted on my Kindle and my Amazon account. I never re-read books, so I figure what's the point of keeping them?

And that reminds me. Crew could I get you all to check in and make sure you are still on board? I'm not a fast reader by any means so that is fine, but as per the rules-
(You do NOT have to join the discussion, if you don't want to; communicating
via posting a book is good enough. Nevertheless, Your Team wants to know if you are
still participating. We understand Real Life gets in the way. However, please plan to
"check-in" in some manner at least once every week. If we don't hear from you for two weeks, you may be replaced with another team member)
I just want to make sure that you are still interested in playing.
Thanks!

Where there is a boxed set or 'omnibus' of separate books being sold as one, we use the singular books for the page count. So you can either shelve the single books, or let your captain know so they can do a "page override" in the spreadsheet to change your page numbers.
For an omnibus like Wool Omnibus where it is just the one book, but was previously released in parts ; then you would shelve and use the page numbers for the Omnibus.
Since you can't find the individual books I would say you list it as one long book. Of course you will have to read the whole thing ;-)

Each book is treated as one chapter within a larger chapter, so I am reading it as one whole book. Should be good for points though. Over 800pages.

Nice!

Please create Tower Team shelves so we can get to added to the spread sheet and Happy Reading!

That is fine Bethany, none of us are posting a lot which is fine, I just noticed a few people have not posted at all in over a week so I was checking on them. Seems the Mods have noticed too since we now have 2 more team members. 8-)
