That's good the more the better I believe there is a thread set up for that although I can't find it for some reason so you may need to type it in the discussion search box and hopefully I'm not making it up that there is a thread cos that would be embarrassing

Updated my tracker and wow have I got a busy couple of months especially July

Updated Tracker slightly now my July is evenly spaced thankfully now I wont go crazy with putting my books on hold

Yeah I like what I did with this. It's going to allow me to recognize when I've over "booked" (LMAO) myself and then I can read some titles earlier when I'm not so busy.

Yeah I may drop out of emperors blade series thinking about it so I'm able to read the other books in January without worrying (I read one book at a time to make my life easy)

Added Legend by David Gemmel been wanting to get into this author for a while and this is a good time as any :) :)

Yeah I almost forgot that my December would be occupied with essay deadlines as well I should probably put that in as well haha so I'm gonna go on a bit of a hiatus on books for a week until I've sorted out my life

Updated my tracker to add all the Drizzt BR's I didn't realise the br starts on Saturday so I'll start homeland on Monday so I can get into gardens of the moon

Here are my #imaginary but genuinely well-meant gifts for ya:
1. One of those creepy red telephones the very old kind with the recolving dial and the little holes for the fingers where you stick 'em in and skreeeeeek the numerical dial. BUT this one would be a direct line to Brandon Sanderson. It would only work once a month tho' or you'd be on the phone forevaaaaar....
2. All the books you ever wanted + a really funky and cool bookcase to keep them in
3. A rocking career, good grades thru Uni and a very happy life, in general

Thank you Zaara for you sweet imaginary gifts and I can't wait to see what I got this year one of my mates gave me a B day card which was sweet and I feel weird since I'm no longer a TEEN anymore I have finally entered the big bad world 😂😂and if anyone gets this I want to thank everyone in FBR for making my 2017 and cannot wait for another year of fun with you guys gotta dash soon but I will be giving my thorough opinions on each gift especially the last one which I need to spend some time on......for research purposes of course

So I have decided to scrub my entire buddy read schedule and start a new as I am not making progress with my reading so I may abort some BR's which is heart breaking but I gotta drain the swamp

Maybe I need a book outside fantasy I might have a look at crime or thrillers like I said I would

Sometimes I'm a slower reader just because I feel like I have to read. I keep thinking I need to go off schedule too...

Nah I was liking Warbreaker but it was another one of those games I wasn't in the mood to read and I have loads of book that I've aborted because of it I might create a shelf for it because it's not that I don't like them it just isn't the right time for me to read them so I may come back to it late since I did the same thing with Way of kings back in July and read it in October so another time maybe

Just in case it isn't a DNF I mainly reserve those for books that tests my patience or I get sick of after a period of time such as Pandora Star where I was enjoying it at first it just got stale later on and it all went downhill

That's fair enough. I made a shelf called On hold for books I do want to go back to but I just wasn't in the mood at the time.

Okay everything is on standstill while I deal with my deadlines and hopefully get through second year so I'll pick up a book next week or a week after cos right now I am gonna try and limp through second year so yeah

So i thought I'll just move the chat here so the main thread doesn't get cluttered. Hey Ahdam, saw your post about TGAT on the 5th. So what date in June will work better for you? Laura...you too...I hope you see this.
Oh and in case this is obscure we are talking about fixing a date for our little Catch -22 read....

I don’t mind doing the 1st if it is easy for everyone else but since tgat is a big book the 15th of June would be nice but like I said I can do 1st if everyone else is okay with it and I’ll just wait to see what Laura say before we can make a final decision

I've finally sorted my tracker again and this time I'm gonna make an effort and hopefully get back into books again I know I can and hopefully august will be good for a bit of redemption otherwise I'll be annoying you guys with films and shit :) :) :) :) :) :)

You can be offended all you want, I don't see what's wrong with the word movie? It's also calles movie theatre isn't it?

Also I'm not offended by it but there are a lot of people with big egos who does film studies who say film is right and not movie personally I don't care so yeah :) :) :)
