A World Without Sun discussion

Azel blushed the hole time Zane held her hand. They got to the arcade and she looked around in awe.

"cool huh?" he smiled and pulled her along through all the kids.

She nodded, "very," she was amazed more by the age range. There was kids anywhere between nine to nineteen.

"You never been here before?" he asked leading her to a vacant machine.

Az shook her head, "nope," she wasn't aloud out much.

"Well I'll teach you all you should know." Zane smiled and put a quarter in the machine.

She nodded and watched him.

Zane showed her how to play the game and let her have a go when he lost.

Azel bit her lip and focused on the game. She tapped on the coloured buttons with her glove covered fingers. She ignored the people addressing her as an old lady.

Zane glared at some of the kids that were talking about Azel. He was too small to make them stop but he could at least try.

Az lost and glared at a random guy as if it was his fault. She could look scary if she wanted to, she told herself she got it from her dad but she knew it was from someone else. She looked back at Zane and smiled, "your turn."

Zane shook his head, "Let's try something else."

She nodded, "alright," she looked around, "like what?"

"Air hockey?"

Az nodded and fallowed him over. Her phone rang and she picked up, "hello?"

"Az." Alex said worry inked in his voice, "Where are you?! You can't just leave!"

Az bit her lip and watched Zane put money in the machine, "the arcade.."

"Azel." Alex said softer than before, "You shouldn't be there by yourself."

"I'm not.." Her cheeks pinkened, "I'm with Zane..."

"Your- wait what?" that suprised the words from him. Az rather be with plants not people.

"Gotta go!" She hung up desperately and looked at the air hockey table, "how do we play?"

He handed her a hockey thingy((?)). "You okay?"

Az nodded and took it, "yup, I'm fine."

((If they have a first kiss, I have the perfect idea for one. >:3 but they need to be in the forest for it.))

He nodded, "You know how to play?"

She shook her head, "not really."

Zane lifted the puk, "It's simple. Keep this from going into your goal."He put it down and hit it toward her.

Az watched it and blocked it. She looked at the puck as if it was an alien. She hit it back to Zane.

Zane let in go into his goal because he was laughing at the way Azel had looked at the puck.

Az smiled, "does that mean I win?"

"No." Zane said struggling to catch his breath.

Her smile fell, "why not?"

Zane smiled at her when he cold finally controll his laughter. "I wasn't ready. Rematch?"

Az nodded and took a breath as she waited.

Zane was glad she hadn't fought him on it. He shot to puck toward her.

Az bit her lip and hit it lightly.

ZAne missed again but because he saw Alex coming in.

Azel bounced, "did I win this time!?"

He nodded and took her hand, "You won a piggyback ride to the forest." he wanted to go before her brother got to them.

Az giggled and went over to him. This was the only good thing about being a pre-me. She jumped on his back.

Zane held her and darted off.
