High Voltage.... Damn

Is it really truly the last Dani book? Dang... I will be grieving as well :(

I forced myself to go to work this morning. It's only 9am here so I have a ways to go. Maybe I'll pat some warm water on my forehead pretend I'm sick and go home early? Ugh this is torture!

Honestly I loved the book, there are things that bothered me of course, I wrote some on the spoiler thread. some things felt forced too tbh. But overall I really enjoyed it.

I agree about everything, it just they didn't bothered me much, I guess. Or maybe I am so happy that we finally got a Dani book, it made me blind lol

Kyra, don't be afraid. If you have enjoyed reading about Dani and Ryodan in the past, there is a lot to love about this book. :-)

I just finished it and I actually liked it. It reminded me of Iced which I loved. Probably because there was no Mac and her incessant inner monologues and constant waffling. I would have liked the ending to be longer though. I had really low expectations going in.
