Sounds intriguing, Pghfan. I'm flexible and don't need to start with first book so I'm good with this pick.
So, if it's the selection, I'll get on it immediately. Anyone know if it's easy to obtain? Guess I'll find out soon. :-)

Since this was a kind of last-minute choice, I'll wait a bit to start the discussion, so you can all get the book. I downloaded it to my kindle last night. Perhaps a July 5th start?

When you download it to your device, I'm assuming it will stay until you remove it from your device. Once you buy it, it should remain on your Kindle account.
Mine's on order. Looks good and the slideshow list of suggested similar reads look to have some interesting titles. Love the Amazon slideshow of books they provide when sleuthing out a title.
Starting date sounds good.

Just a thought...if you lot want to launch an in-between read of the first book in that series, that could act as a primer. Guess it's a shortie so it may fit in nicely. I probably won't be able to participate but the rest of you can. Just a suggestion.

Thanks Nicole!

Yes I did like them. A cross between Nancy Drew and Miss Marple.
The Curse of Arundel Hall, by J. New.
This description comes from Amazon, regarding the book:
"Miss Marple meets The Ghost Whisperer’ – Perfect For Fans of Golden Age Murder Mysteries, Cozy Mysteries, Clean Reads and British Amateur Sleuths."
I will like to note that this is the second in the series. Though we usually try to start with the first, I found that the first is a mere novella, and I thought not particularly sufficient grist for discussion.
I will probably get this on my Kindle. Let me know who will participate and when you think your copy will arrive.
