I loved it. Evocative, heartbreaking, real and honest.

This book can serve as a springboard to discuss the Black Lives Matter movement, law enforcement, and race relations in America.

Have you mentioned it to anyone not in We Read? If so, what was the response (if any)?

I'm only about half way through this book and really looking forward to discussing it. I hope I don't miss the discussions!
