It's a whole grain roll with pumpkin seed..."

Oh dear - interstellar war starting in . . . ???"
Hopefully - neither interstellar nor planetary. They were just trying to prove they were incompatible with our culinary school -:)

The instant pot is so convenient. You can saute in it, steam, pressure cook, make yogurt (I haven't tried it yet, but I got the packet), and much, much more--all in one pot, which means easy cleanup. I got one for my mom too and she really loved the pot roast she made in it.

Just curious, Alex - generally when I hear marinara, it means seafood based pasta sauce here. Does yours have a seafood base?

Oh, I didn't know that. It's just a Trader Joe's veg spaghetti sauce and then I added white wine, salt and pepper. (Sometimes I make the sauce starting from plain tomato sauce, but I didn't have any in the cupboard.)
What do you call a veg spaghetti sauce?
Here's the instant pot.

It's generally a neopolitana sauce, or simply 'pasta sauce.' That's in contrast to marinara, or bolognaise sauce.
I went to a local Chinese buffet restaurant and stuffed myself with half of the recipes on the menu!
Dieting? I am a partisan of 'seefood': I see food, I eat it!

-:) That's because of the 'half' -:)
