If I Stay question

If I stay by Gayle Forman is about a girl named Mia, a very good cellist who is trying to get into Juilliard. Mia meets a boy named Adam and falls in love with him.Throughout the book there are flashbacks and flash forwards of different days including the day of the accident. On a snow day from school Mia and her family are driving when they get into a car accident and her parents pass away but her and her brother manage to live. When the accident happens Mia was also there at the hospital in an out of body experience watching what was happening. After the flash forward of the car accident it goes back to Mia and Adam getting to know each other and falling in love. When the accident happens her family that is still alive is by her side as she is in a coma and not awake. The book was different than most books because it would flash forward and flash backs and also have out of body experiences and it would get a little confusing at times trying to follow what was happening and keep track of everything. At the same time because of this it also made it really interesting and would draw you in and want to keep reading. Throughout the book it draws you in because it talks about the ending at the beginning so it just makes you want to get to the ending faster to see what is going to happen. You don’t find out what happens till the end of the book and I think it was a really good way to end the book after doing so many back and forth. I would highly recommend this book to anyone and I really think they would really like it.
