This is a Buddy Read for Bite This by Michael Anderle starting June 8, 2018.

Started this last night... another shortie... won't take me long...

Sometimes I feel like the narrator's inflection is all that's keeping this from reading as a little too flat... still keeping me engaged, even as I roll my eyes at the team devotion to "Queen Bitch" and all the inventive swearing...

Approaching 50%: (view spoiler)[Bethany-Anne gives me whiplash... shooting the shit with her team... then being overly aggressive when they say something in jest that pisses her off... then spending thousands/millions on fashionable uniforms... etc etc etc... (hide spoiler)]

Just started ... Bethany-Anne definitely tries too hard to fit in and then can't handle the reality of the team pressure...

Yeah... the swearing and over-the-top antics are definitely wearing on me... I might need a break after this first Arc ends...

I just finished, actually, and the next book should shake things up...

Just finished it and it does look like the next book should be getting us out of the formula a bit... I liked the fight at the end and I loved the Coke-pepsi fight - AB is on my team - coke for ever:):):)

Let me know how you want to proceed... We can take some time, or we could do whatever, since I know they are very alike and it can get on a person's nerves...

I'll request the next 3 to finish the first arc, and then maybe we can pause for a few months, maybe read something else instead...

I kinda like Pepsi from the bottle/can, but Coke from the fountain machine... it's funny how much the packaging effects the flavor... I don't like ANYTHING out of them movie theatre monstrosities that leak fruit flavors into everything until it all tastes like ass... now I just go with an ICEE if I need a movie drink...

OMG! I hate them when some type of other flavors leak into them! I get so pissed, it is a sure way to get me in the most miserable and aggressive mood possible! Funny how a thing like that can drive me off my skin, when I am usually a very hard to rattle person...

Oh yea... I'm pretty mellow with people... but when inanimate objects break down I get aggressive...
