I was secretly hoping she end up with Zayne in book 2, but when I saw her take a piece of his soul I just knew in my heart that those two were never meant to be. Like a slap to the face and suddenly, I am on Team Roth. I think they are good for each other mostly because Roth has no soul to take. I'm glad that Layla managed to save Sam soul from the Lilin and the word from ending. A part me kind of wishes she would visit her mother Lilith more often. Kind of like jail visitation where she literally goes to hell just to see her Mom and for them to gradually like each other more. Obviously, she won't free her, but just to catch her up on life. At least that way Lilith will have something to look forward to seeing her daughter every now and then. So, Zayne and Stacey? Not sure how that will work out, but I feel it is too sudden. Like O Sam is dead, but here is this hot not human guy for you who also lost someone dear to him. Was anyone else hoping that Layla had a different Dad? I kept hoping her biological father wasn't the one trying to kill her... >.<"
