What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Trying to find a book of short horror stories I read a while back.

In one story, the narrator is a monster slayer who hunts shapeshifters who impersonate people, but then it's implied she's actually crazy and has been killing humans.

In another a woman's identical twin steals her life. The evil one cuts off her sister's face so she can't be identified and feeds it to her dog, then ties her up and throws her body in a swamp.
