One of the decisions a writer has to make when writing their book is what point of view should they choose to write in. It could be either first person, second person or third person or even mixed POV. This decision can be sometimes tricky and even daunting.
One of the books that I am currently trying to write. At first I was writing it in first person but as the writing progressed and as new characters were added and given more important roles I started to think that that maybe I should change it to third person. In a way I thought some of the other characters deserved for their experience of the certain situation to be told as well.
I am currently still in the progress of still making that decision. So I ask you, what do you use to decide which point of view to write in? And which point of view do you prefer reading in?
Even if you are not writer but a reader of fiction, we still love to hear your opinion on which you do prefer to read?
