Has some great ideas for plating and presentation. Can't wait to try a couple of the recipes. There is one for a Pink Hummus that looks really good.

So far I've made two recipes: Chargrilled Courgettes and Corn was the first one and Broccolini, peas, and Butter Beans was the next one. Both were really good with a nice blend of flavors and a different combination of ingredients than I have put together before.
What also is really nice about this book is that it offers you options for substitutions. This is really helpful if you want to use what you have or can't get certain ingredients.
