I have been testing some recipes from my newest cookbook
So far I made a Broccolini and Pea salad - which was lovely warm with a very hearty dressing. Next time, I think I'd sub broccoli florets for the broccolini just for ease of eating. Warm Dill Lentil salad had a very nice nutty and cumin-y flavor. Next time, I think I would add a few red pepper flakes to add some heat. Chargrilled courgette and corn salad, I think it was great as is.
Anyone else trying anything new or making old favorites?
