On reflection, publishing this story at the exact moment the U.K. Government decided to implode may not have been one of my shrewdest moves ;-)

When I watch British politics, I'm glad they're not mine - ours are far worse, but a different feel.

That said, I don't know HOW some politicians hang on against all logic - not just British ones. It is non trivial to unseat them, and replacements have their own quirks. Good luck.

This morning's major newspapers brought the news. I still don't get him - how a rich, entitled insider gets people to vote for him (don't worry - I'm not sure we aren't worse on this side of the pond!) - Brexit?

Not my place to comment - hope the aftermath isn't too disruptive for my friends.

Well remember, he's standing in the house of Commons being called a liar by somebody who told the House and the electorate that Jeremy Corbyn was the best person to put forward for Prime Minister, then stabbed him in the back and kicked him out of the party.
Boris probably lacks the chutzpah to be a politician :-)
