James Morcan | 11378 comments Excerpt from The Orphan Conspiracies: 29 Conspiracy Theories from The Orphan Trilogy:

If suppressed/classified technologies do exist, that would likely confirm there is a Splinter Civilization that secretly and autonomously resides on our planet right now. Such a group’s membership would probably be a combination of high-ranking military personnel, senior intelligence agents as well as shadowy government figures and many of the global elite already named or alluded to in previous chapters. Although all citizens of various nations and speaking different languages, they would be united by the common goal of attaining mass power, or a New World Order.

Because of its almost infinite sources of funding – mostly derived from black ops appropriations – this Splinter Civilization would have in its possession technologies that would make a layman’s mind boggle. The covert, breakaway civilization would use inconceivable, stealth-like weaponry to wage quiet wars on vulnerable nations. Such weaponry could even facilitate alteration of the weather and the creation of so-called acts of nature.

And of course, contractors commissioned by faceless middlemen employed by the shadowy members of this splinter group would, one way or another, silence any investigative reporters or citizen journalists who come close to uncovering evidence of its existence.

Sounds like a theory we should reserve for one of our future movies or novels?

You’d be right, except for one important point. Many of these suppressed technologies have been reported by former engineers and other employees of the Military Industrial Complex. And the list of whistleblowers is an extensive and impressive one that dates back decades.

Based on the reports of those same whistleblowers, it appears suppression of scientific technologies is done for various reasons. Sometimes it’s about governments wanting to achieve or maintain superior military might. Other times it’s for financial reasons.

Few would deny it’s in the interests of corporations that financially benefit from current technologies to block newer, more advanced technologies ever reaching the marketplace. Though immoral, that would make good business sense as it’s an unwritten rule that corporations squash competitors and quash competition.

In the course of writing The Orphan Trilogy, we researched numerous scientific inventions rumored to exist somewhere in the world right now. Covering the entire history of suppressed science would require a whole book rather than this single chapter. Therefore, we will focus only on several rumored technologies, albeit ones that potentially hold great significance for humanity.

Lance Morcan | 3058 comments Thinking further on this concept of the Splinter Civilization - the theory that an elite offshoot of humanity secretly resides on the planet right now with incredible suppressed technologies and massive “black budgets” at their disposal - I am reminded of a quote Dr. Takaaki Musha kindly wrote for us in his foreword to The Orphan Conspiracies:

“I was employed for many years as a senior research scientist developing naval underwater weapon systems at the Technical Research and Development Institute of the Ministry of Defense, Japan, and I often suspected there existed extraordinary technologies developed by the world’s superpowers.

I am of the opinion that most of these technologies have been concealed from the public’s eyes. The world’s governments have many classified layers and outsiders rarely gain access to their hidden secrets. And certainly no common man can get confirmation of the existence of exotic technologies.”

Feliks (dzerzhinsky) I'm willing to give leeway to a lot of theories about secrecy and subterfuge and hidden dealings; but it would take a lot to convince me that any body of people in large numbers today would ever break away from their fast-food; their spas; their NFL & NBA finals; their Princess cruises; their 4WD SUVs; their 401K plans; their flatscreen televisions and their DVR recorded entire season of cable TV binge-watching to go off and reside anywhere else but right here among the rest of us.

Jim (jimliedeka) I don't think a splinter civilization needs to be geographically remote. They could be hiding in plain sight like Bruce Wayne.

James Morcan | 11378 comments Excerpt from UNDERGROUND BASES: Subterranean Military Facilities and the Cities Beneath Our Feet

“According to our best estimates, more than half of all U.S. government records are classified. For an archivist seeking to preserve and understand our history, that means most of our history is kept secret from us, think about that for a moment.” –Richard M. Dolan

If we are correct and a more scientifically advanced offshoot of humanity (the Splinter Civilization referred to in the introduction) co-exists on the planet right now, it’s a safe bet they maintain their secrecy by going about much of their business in underground bases. Not only in America, but most likely the world over.

Where else short of colonizing another planet could they hide the required plant, machinery and equipment – and the manpower to operate it – away from the prying eyes of Joe Citizen, investigative journalists and inquisitive everyday people like us?

Worth noting is that security at the entrances to known and acknowledged underground facilities is at least equal to security at the border checkpoints that separate nations. This seems to add some weight to the theory that we are dealing with a Splinter Civilization and this small but powerful group have purposefully divided themselves from official society, or from the world as we know it. More correctly, the global elite have separated us from their society because they’re able to operate in both worlds – above and below ground.

We accept the concept of such a breakaway group may still seem hard to fathom, but consider comments made by Daniel K. Inouye, US Senator from Hawaii, in his testimony at the 1987 Iran-Contra Hearings.

“There exists a shadowy government,” Inouye said, “with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism, and the ability to pursue its own ideas of national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself.”

According to our research, this Splinter Civilization was able to grow so powerful and remain largely below the radar due to a number of complex events, which all intersected mid to late last century.

One was the apparent arrival of extra-terrestrials en masse, allegedly commencing around the time of the widely reported yet still classified Roswell UFO incident in New Mexico in 1947.

Another was the scientific improvements in tunnelling and digging technologies from the 1950’s onwards. Again, one of us (Lance) can speak with a little authority on this, having gone through the Mount Isa Mines school of mining in the Outback of Queensland, Australia, working as an underground miner back in the late 1960’s and following mining developments around the world with interest ever since.

The third reason was the Cold War whose ‘national security’ demands and the resulting unhealthy culture of secrecy it gave rise to encouraged governments to be less accountable to their citizens.

These coinciding factors all created a perfect storm for underground bases to be built and managed by the Military Industrial Complex and intelligence agencies as well as private corporations.

“The covert underground infrastructure serves many functions. Among these are strategic storage of materials and weapons, clandestine research and production facilities, alternant basing for military personnel and equipment, surface environment control systems (atmospheric lensing, synthetic earthquakes, weather modification, civilian population control, etc).” –Dr. Steven J. Smith. Excerpt from the paper Underground Infrastructure – The missing forty trillion dollars.

Those who have researched unacknowledged subterranean facilities are almost unanimous in their belief that the bases are funded by black budgets financed by a combination of banksters, drug wars and profits from (mainly mineral) resources plundered from unwitting Third World countries.

The US program for building these underground bunkers is known as DUMB, or Deep Underground Military Bases. DUMB has apparently been in operation since the late 1940’s and there are now said to be hundreds of such bases in almost every state in mainland America.

“Two baseline questions regarding whether or not DUMBs actually exist: Do the elite command the technology to create underground cities connected by supersonic Maglev trains? Are the elite psychopathic enough to intentionally disrupt Earth’s life-support system?” –Veterans Today, February 10, 2013 article Elite Underground.

James Morcan | 11378 comments How could a breakaway civilization actually be financed, you may ask?

Consider the following REUTERS article and keep in mind this is just the tip of the iceberg in the secret world economy (worth quadtrillions according to my research)...

REUTERS: U.S. Army fudged its accounts by trillions of dollars, auditor finds https://www.reuters.com/article/us-us...

"The Defense Department’s Inspector General, in a June report, said the Army made $2.8 trillion in wrongful adjustments to accounting entries in one quarter alone in 2015, and $6.5 trillion for the year. Yet the Army lacked receipts and invoices to support those numbers or simply made them up."

This article by Joseph P. Farrell comments on this nicely, I feel...

U.S. ARMY FUDGES ACCOUNTS… BY TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS https://gizadeathstar.com/2017/08/u-s...

"I think it was the late U.S. Senator Everett Dirksen, from Illinois, who once quipped that "a billion here, and a billion there, and pretty soon you're talking some serious money." Of course, Senator Dirksen was talking in the 1960s, and adjusting for inflation, reckless federal spending, fiat debt-as-money, central banks, hidden systems of finance, and a budgetary process that isn't anywhere close to constitutionality, coupled with a corrupt federal judiciary that says that it is, and one would have to elevate the late Senator's remarks by several orders of magnitude, three, in fact, if the following story from Reuters which appeared during the election cycle last year, shared by Ms. K.M., is true. And frankly, I have no difficulty whatsoever believing it's true. In fact, if you've been following the various people who've been attempting to track all that "missing money" over the years - think of Congressman Grayson (D-FL) or Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney (D-GA), or Catherine Austin Fitts, or more recently, Dr. Carson at the Department of Housing and Urban Development - there's a lot of missing money, and virtually no way to account for it."

James Morcan | 11378 comments Breakaway Civilization http://www.exopaedia.org/breakaway+ci...
The term "Breakaway Civilization" was coined by Richard Dolan after his exhaustive and extensive research into his books UFOs and the National Security State Volumes 1 and 2. He came to the realization that the deep secretive black budget world had actually become a civilization on its own with its own exotic technology, a different view of the cosmos, our place in it, and a different version of Human history. (http://breakawaycivilization.com/about/)

In one of his lectures (San Mateo), he defined a breakaway civilizations as "a radically advanced and increasingly separate structure that has access to classified science and data denied to the rest of us."

In After Disclosure he described the Breakaway Civilization as follows:

"There is a clandestine group that possesses:

Technology that is vastly superior to that of the “mainstream” world.
The ability to explore areas of our world and surroundings presently unavailable to the rest of us.
Possible interactions or encounters with the Others who are here in our reality.
Scientific and cosmological understandings that give them greater insights into the nature of our world. A significant “built-off-the-grid” infrastructure, partially underground, that affords them a high degree of secrecy and independence of action."
Controversial and self-proclaimed whistleblower Corey Goode claims there is not one, but at least 11 breakaway civilizations. Most of these would be subterranean. Some of those used to be in an alliance - allegedly called the Secret Space Program Alliance - but would have split up. He does not provide any evidence whatsoever to back up his claims.

James Morcan | 11378 comments The Breakaway Civilization with Dr. Joseph Farrell https://home.solari.com/the-breakaway...

What exactly is the “black budget? Who seized control of the black budget following WWII to create a governmental mechanism funding private corporations’ takover of advanced, secret technologies? Finally — sixty years and trillions of dollars later — how has this story evolved into what Richard Dolan refers to as “the Breakaway Civilization?”

The notion that we are governed by a civilization that sees themselves as distinctly separate, which has gathered vast wealth to finance their operations on an ongoing independent basis, which may be managing crafts operating in space and which is above the law as we believe it to be is not a comforting one. It is, however, a notion that needs to be examined.

Mark | 78 comments So is there supposed to be some new messiah emerging, that people hope to give birth to, seeing as how not one of these people are impressive enough for the masses?

That's ridiculous, and is just people demanding importance and fame, going "Mine, mine, mine!"
There is no new legend or archetype that could possibly be available. That's partly what this is about. These people want to have you believe that they aren't satisfied with any current party passing along information that's hand picked and being hand fed to them, fine. But no one is entitled enough to just receive top of the line information for free like that, out of impatience and some odd feeling that they "deserve" as much; don't cast your pearls before swine, as they say.

As far as King Arthur goes, his final battle was with his "son-nephew" Modred, so that usurpation is the model relied on to catch any conspiratorial notions of a "new generation."

It's mainly that they think there's some grand revelation out there waiting to be unveiled. But it already has, by me, and other explorers. It is an idea difficult for people to come to grips with, which makes the madness understandable. Say, they are waiting for someone to deliver the message more wholesomely. It shouldn't make a difference, then, besides being a matter of personality: they're, seemingly, tired of the clowns and comedy, and want the message delivered with a serious face. But that doesn't make a difference either, and it's mostly about social networking for personal gain.

My books revolve around the establishment of a breakaway civilization, but it is the good guys who are doing it. Their Faster-Than-Light propulsion and communications are deemed too dangerous to be put into the hands of governments.

Their colonies have no governments and they do not want them. Of course they must come back to the Earth-Mars-Sol system to help their brothers and sisters fight against the Leviathan of Government and their cronies.

The Coronavirus/vaccine discussions are predictably dominating a lot of this group's activity and have been for the past year. This could reflect that fact that certain viewpoints are being blocked or discouraged on other platforms... like mainstream media for example.

Michael Scharen | 17 comments I took the Breakaway Civilization concept and flipped it around for my books. In my books, it is the good guys who come up with the technology and means to go to another star system to escape the arbitrary violent hierarchies called governments. They must return to the Sol System (or cannot leave it entirely behind) to save their freedom loving brethren and confound the authorities.
