What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Teen high school romance series, follows a group of teenagers who live on an island (need to catch a ferry to main city). I read these books back in 2006. There were at least 8 in the series.
The first book was about Isabella (I think that was her name), her brother was Benjamin who was blind.
Isabella was in a relationship with Jake at the begining of the book. They then broke up and she ended up with Luca. Luca was Isabellas neighbour.
Jake started seeing another girl named Claire who was the pretty popular girl of the highschool. She also used to date Jakes older brother.
Jake and Luca were enemies because a few years prior Luca was driving the car that crashed which resulted in Jakes older brother dying. However the plot twist ended up being that Clare was the one driving the car.
Claire then told Jake what really happened and Jake began to spiral out of control, drinking more etc.
Jakes dad and Isabellas mum also have an affair.
