The Ship of the Dead discussion

I've been looking for a book series somewhat similar to Magnus Chase. I'm looking for mostly action/adventure, but I'd prefer it to have more of a relatable, light tone rather than a serious, dark one. So, please let me know of some good series that, for the most part, pertain to what was said previously.
