Hi there everyone checking in. I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season.

I want to finish up the Throne of Glass series and start The Red Rising series among other things.

What are you reading this month? I would love to buddy read more so if we list our books maybe, if know one minds, we could do a buddy read or two together :)

Signing in for the team challenge. Got to try and whittle down my NetGalley stuff, and try to put a dent in my TBR case...looking forward to seeing what I fancy reading this month.

I have no idea yet on what to read for this challenge. Still trying to finish the books for this year.

I basically only read ebook and audio books so easy month for me as i can just use the "lose weight" one for everything. I have not planned thou, just gonna do some mood reading and maybe get some netgalley ones done

What book is coming out by Karen McManus? Just curious.

#1- Read a book with the words 'get', 'in', or 'shape' in the title/author's name. Get in Shape
Both books have the word "in" in the title Bloodline and Linger

@Becky, I don't have a clue about the other book on your list.I don't know anything about it to know if it fits any of the other descriptions or not. Hope that helped a little

Susan, yes the Wicked King-I’m due to get it release day. The McManus one is Two Can Keep a secret and is due 10th January. Fancy setting up a BR?

I would love to BR The Wicked King. I will make sure I get it on release day too. What day is it due to be released. I know it's coming up soon.

I would love to read with you. I started it over a year ago and then we moved and it got packed and I recently found it and want to restart it. I would love the motivation BR's give me so I will read it with you gladly.

Wicked King due 8th. How do you feel about a 9th start?

I can also read as well. I have Linger and can start on the 1st if you want. My daughter is coming into to town on Jan. 6th and will bring me The Darkest Minds then so if you want I can read Darkest Minds after she brings it.

If am going to read on the 8th and that should only take me a couple days.

We can read around the 12th if that is something you would be interested in?

Do you want to start the BR for on the 8th? The day it's released? I would love to and planned on starting it the day I got it :)

That's fine with me. I most likely will start it that night when I go to bed (the 8th) but I don't usually get to bed until after 11 which is close enough.

@Becky-do you want to do a BR on on the 1st and on the 12th?

@Karen- I would love to do a BR for on the 9th and a BR for on the 12th with you. If Becky's has to do a later date will that be okay with you?

Also did you set the BR up yet for The Wicked King or do you want me to do it? I don't mind

Susan, if you can do the threads, great. I’m on mobile at the moment so not easy.

I'm getting ready to sprint and then will ask Sarah to set the BR's up. Are the dates okay on Linger and Darkest Minds?

Sorry I logged off for a while. The first is fine for linger and so is the 12th for the darkest minds. That's awesome I am so looking forward to reading the books :)

I'm planning to read An Absolutely Remarkable Thing (started today), Refugee and Courageous. Wrote this on my phone so dont know how to do links.

I think we're missing 3 team mates to check in?
For now, I have 5 books planned.

Started just after midnight and I'm hoping to finish it tonight. I might scour the buddy reads thread after that to search for my next read.

Just check start date-sometimes Goodreads time means it comes up on the earlier date,
