Personality: Joanne is best described as quiet. she's typically very introvertive and prefers not to say anything unless she has to. Her silence is a double-edged sword, however, as her habit of not speaking often winds up guns pointed at her when she's crawling out of the bushes because she is simply that quiet.
Psychological Strength(s):
Joanne notices things most people do not. As quiet as she is, it's easy for people to forget she is there, and she often hears or notices things most people don't. It's also really hard to sneak up on her because of this.
Joanne is a camper. Her role as a sniper means she can get to a vantage point and sit there for days on end without sleep, food, or water, picking out headshots all the while.
Psychological Weakness(es):
Joanne sucks at close quarters. She has a melee weapon, sure, but she does not have the ability to draw a sword and go hack down dead things. She's much better equiped for long distance encounters.
Joanne's habit of not saying things unless she has to sometimes leads to her staring down the barrel of a gun or getting her vantage point surrounded with more undead than she has bullets.

Ebony- Ebony is Joanne's... shall we say, ultimate weapon. The scope's weird design features thermal, night, target ID and the MM Scanner sights that she can change to with the push of a button. She only takes out Ebony when she's really serious, and Ebony is her pride and joy. You take Ebony and you will die a slow, painful death.

it's the way that i move, the things that i do oh~"what two words can describe our dear, sweet gwen? a bitch. she's got enough attitude to supply an entire school of high school girls, the thing is? she knows it and owns it, confident in her own skin. another thing about gwen? she's a stubborn motherfucker that's for damn sure and won't bend to anyone even if there is a knife to her god damn throat.
a trait of hers has gotten her into more trouble than her stubbornness is gwen's reckless need to start a fight. it seems to be troublesome when it comes down to her sometimes passion can be borderline violent when she defends herself and views.
having been raised in a neglectful and unsupportive group home gwen learned not to lean on anyone but yourself making her almost entirely independent. she picked up the art of stealth and sleight of hand by eleven after she grew tired of not having enough food in her stomach at night. though she could fend for herself it doesn't mean she had to, but the pressing questions of the other adults in her life and later on the glitchy hearing aid in her ear made her prone to become irritated and sharp tounged.
though a hardass and an ass in general gwen does have a weak spot were a tenderness comes out. children. she'd put herself in the line of fire if it meant a kid didn't get hurt.
brief history;just two years before the apocalypse went down gwen lost the hearing in her right ear after an explosion burst her eardrum. it left her with noise-induced hearing loss (n.i.h.l) and tinnitus. she was friends with a local police officer before he was killed fighting off his then dead wife, gwen wasting no time managed to get his gear off him before shooting him in the head with his own glock 22. she didn't want to see him roaming around. after collecting as much as she could shove into her hiking bag, she took off at first in her car before she hit the traffic jam and emptied all she had going on foot. coming across a sporting good store she found herself the jackpot. a heavy padded motorcycle jacket, a shotgun, and her beloved mountain bike.
other;disabilities; n.i.h.l in her right ear, caused by an explosion before the world went to hell. often her hearing aid is a little glitchy either the volume being too low or too high. there are times when she has to shut it off because of this low ringing gwen often hears due to it needing to be replaced.
tinnitus; is the perception of noise or ringing in the ears.

tracking tactics; tags buildings with spray paint that have been checked or are marked as dangerous to avoid going back to the same places. keeps a list and maps of where she's found people (hostile or not), good supplies, danger zones, and keeps tabs of what radio frequencies she is able to tap into.
