I thought the narrator of the first two books sounded younger, closer to Mac's age, than the female narrator of the rest of the series. Since I thought she sounded young I didn't think of Blanche, but next time I listen to them I'm sure I will be thinking of her! XD

i cannot get into audiobooks. I like my imagination better, LOL. For instance, Karen at one time posted a pic of her version of Ryodan and I was like... NOPE...not mine! And Karen wrote the book and I was like-'you are so wrong woman.' The book and me-- that's all I need.

Her version of him was not my cuppa so I can get your point.

Same, I never could get into audiobooks but I was getting tired of waiting and I read the book so many times that I figured I'd try the audiobook for a ~fresh~ take on it, and I actually enjoyed it! (the other books not so much LOL)

there are parts that are unintentionally hilarious too which is both good and bad. Like when Ryodan says "That's my dick" like some kind of fucking villain I did a legit spit take LOL

I kind of pictured a blond with gray eyes but built like a soccer player not a beefcake. With stubble..like a CK ad. Moning's pic was way too beef cakey to me, he looked like a Lor to me not a Ryodan. Ryodan is supposedly ahead of you 10 steps, a master mind. That model looked like he couldn't get himself out of paper bag much less run entire underground organization and black market night club.

Exactly! he had no master mind look to him...like nothing was going on upstairs. Gandy is not bad for Barrons but I think of them all looking more towards 35 to 40. I think the model was picked because he looked younger to fit better with Dani's age.

Gandy is only 34, but you're right! 40 does he look. Jason Momoa is my barrons. Barrons acts downright beastly sometimes, and gandy is too tidy looking lol.
