What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

the story is about a world where the more you pay the longer you live so rich people live longer and stay young whereas ordinary or poor die soon and old.
everything I remember from the synopsis I have read on a website
please help me with this.
Someone suggested me that the book is Altered Carbon (Takeshi Kovacs trilogy)
but it isn't
