1. About the Author
A: “I am an Assistant Professor of Computer Science & Engineering department at the University of Engineering and Management(UEM) Kolkata. My qualification includes M.Tech degree & B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Government College of Engineering and Ceramic Technology (GCECT) under Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT) and a Diploma Degree from A.P.C. Roy Polytechnic, Jadavpur, West Bengal.
I am also the author of numerous research publications, the latest being published on the Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing book series (AISC, volume 727), Recent Trends in Signal & Image Processing ,Chapter 2; Brain tissue segmentation using Modified Fuzzy C-Means Clustering (Springer); Brain Tumor Detection using Spatial Hybrid Clustering (Springer) just to name a few. I recently joined as a reviewer on IJCVIP (INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF COMPUTER VISION & IMAGE SENSING) in 2018.”

2. How much time did you take to finish the book?
A: “It took almost about 7 months to complete my writing.”

3. What was your experience in the subject DBMS?
A: “I am teaching this subject from past 2 years. I have also studied the same for last 5 years during my course. I always had a keen interest towards this subject. During my study period as well as teaching, I found it bit difficult to get a cumulative summation of all the topics which will help me during the exam days and interview days. This led me of writing this book.”

4. Any message you would like to give your readers?
A: “Don’t use this book as a text book, rather use this as a reference book which will help you to correlate things up during the examination and interview.”
