I'm easy on the dates really, I've voted for the last one though as it covers my birthday and I think it would be nice to spend my birthday reading (crazily).

By the way, Oct 13 is the Canadian Thanksgiving. I, for one, will be away that whole weekend.

No matter how many books you read, just remember you are helping your team towards its goal. If you can only read 1 book, you are still being a BIG help.

I know I will not be able to read more than one or max two books during the week, as I'm now working full-time. But I will definitely participate! Luckily, any of the weeks will work for me this time.

Well if it's the first week of dates I have a wedding at the weekend but then the rest of the week I'm off work! Reading, reading and more reading :D

If it ends up being that last week, I am only working 2 half-days that week so I should be able to read more this time round.

Uh oh, the third week is not good for me, reading wise. Biggest festival on the 19th. :/

I just asked this 3rd week of from work, because its autumn-holiday for the kids. Maybe I'll have to send them over to grandpa and grandma so I can read...;)!

I really loved my first toppler (the week-long in june; missed the one in august, because of my holidays), so I'm really looking forward to this one!

When we decide on a date, Jmom will give us more details as well as a place to sign up and then she will allocate us to teams.

jaxnsmom will post the details closer to the toppler. In the past, she's had us indicate if we want to participate. She then assigns us to teams, and then gives us the criteria. She always allows enough time for us to "gopher" (scour our tbr piles) for the books that fit the theme and the tasks.

Don't worry because we'll keep you filled in with everything, and help you figure it all out. We have a lot of fun.

Me too. They're so much fun. There's nothing better than having a great excuse to read for a week!! And it's a nice way for newish members to get to know people here. Everyone gets all enthusiastic and excited! :))

Yes, it's official. The Toppler will be October 18th - 25th. We'll be playing Monopoly. Details won't be posted until September 27th, which will give you plenty of time to speculate :)
