What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

So... I'm looking for a book I saw briefly at the library on the "hold for patrons" shelf-- so I don't know where it's actually shelved.

It's supposedly a comprehensive overview of what will happen if we get hit with a solar flare. It supposedly indicts the government, too, for knowing about this issue and doing pretty much nothing to protect against it.

When I search for it I find a bunch of self-published stuff and zombie novels. This one wasn't either of those things.

This IS a real problem that I know a little about, in that if we get hit with one like the one we missed recently because we were lucky enough to be on the other side of the sun every electronic device will be hosed beyond repair. The last one that hit us in the 19th century took out telegraph lines-- which are just wire, really.
