Play Book Tag discussion

This is another short work by Backman, a novella.

This story is more magical realism and covers a relationship between a grandfather who is losing his memory and his grandson.

Backman's writing is always great to me but I didn't love this story, especially the ending. A nice short read and an aspect of life to meditate on.

This was three stars for me as well--I didn't love this story, either. I read it before my mother's dementia/alzheimer's was very far along, but even now I don't think I'd care for it. That said, it is on a very important topic.
