Hi Jamie, you can use middle-grade or graphic novels for bonuses, the numbers and rules are just slightly different. It's in post 2 where it says 'Important. Please Read' -
* You may read any kind of book for this challenge, but the page counts necessary to claim letters or words are the following -
- YA, NA, Adult, Non-fiction books (without illustrations) - 200 pages.
- Middle-grade/children's books (without illustrations) - 300 pages.
- Manga, graphic novels, plays, poetry, books written in verse, anything with some illustrations - 600 pages.
* You may add together page counts to reach these minimums, but you can only add together page counts of books which are under the limits, ie: less than 200, 300, and 600 pages respectively. You cannot add together page counts of books which meet the minimum page count on their own.
* If you do choose to add together the page counts of multiple books to reach the minimum page count, you may only choose ONE title and author's name from which to take bonus letters or words, you wouldn't be able to use the titles and author's names from multiple books.

Yes, have you never heard of it? I think there were like 10 seasons, and 2 films as well?

X-Files is up on Hulu, if you utilize that streaming service. That's how I've been watching it. I stalled out in season 6 and keep meaning to start watching it again.

Also, hopefully this hasn't already been answered above but can a number be counted as a word? Eg. for the title '172 Hours on the Moon' would the '172' be able to be counted as 'A Hundred and Seventy Two'?
Added Keyona and Claire ☺
Claire, you can use titles with numbers, but we'll be going with the first individual number of a block, the same as with words (this is because otherwise people might pronounce numbers differently, and we could run into problems, for example, you said 'A Hundred', while I would say 'One Hundred').
So,
172 Hours on the Moon would be 'One Hours on the Moon',
900 Miles would be 'Nine Miles'
Murder 101 would be 'Murder One'
11/22/63 would be 'One / Two / Six'
99 Days would be 'Nine Days'
Hope that helps x

Hi Carolyn , it's about 2 FBI agents, one who is sure that aliens and paranormal things exists, while the other is pretty sure that they don't. They investigate cases which are called X-Files - cases that nobody else can explain or solve. It was pretty big when it originally aired, but that was in the 1990's ☺

Things should have settled down now so I think I can attempt the challenge!
