Ever since she could remember, she had always adored the water; loved the feeling of being weightless and loved the serenity one could find hiding beneath a pools smooth surface and the adventure one could find diving beneath the oceans rough waves. It was magical for Iz, something that made her transcend into this place of intense happiness -- swimming gave her a rush of euphoria. It always had, even after she began doing it as a sport and not just for fun. Hell, she probably liked that even more. Another thing about Iz is her rather egotistical nature. She can be a narcissistic bitch at her worse and just a tad self-centered at her best. It never fails -- somehow, Iz will always find a way to steer a conversation towards her. Confident and self-assured, Iz's somewhat vain tendencies never really escape her, being fueled by a fire that gets fed all too often. And it's not like she really means to be so conceited; she just can't help herself. Oftentimes you'll have to point it out to her, but even then she'll probably deny it. Yeah, maybe not the easiest to get along with, but she isn't all bad. After all, she has a smile that can brighten a room and is loyal to those she cares for deeply.
Not that many people really stick around to get to know Iz. Sure, she boasts about herself all the time, but really? she's never had a best friends, someone she can share her fears and her dreams with. It's always just been Iz, the girl who can care for herself without the interference of anyone else. Independent. And that's how she likes it... But it wouldn't hurt to have a hand to hold when she feels like breaking down or a shoulder to cry on when things go south. It's just hard for her to get close to people -- she is scared of rejection, scared of letting someone down, and so she tends to isolate herself a little. Of course she has friends, people that she'll laugh with and people that take her parties. But she wants more. She wants someone who will love her at her worst, someone who understands that she needs to have her quiet days filled with Netflix. So yes, Izabelle is passionate and fiery, but everyone needs a break.

Isabella honestly had quite a sad life, and even though she's getting better at not thinking about it at random times and bursting out into tears, she still thinks about it. H I S T O R Y :Supposedly, Odette's mother, Amelia, was an entirely different person before she had children. Amelia went to parties on week nights and danced by herself in her bedroom and went to lunch with friends and sang along to the radio. She was vibrant with an array of feelings, always entirely passionate and living life to the fullest. That changed dramatically when Odette was born. Amelia's husband, Henry, was a guitar player who played at local bars. Amelia's first order of action as a mother was divorcing him. She switched her long, flowing dresses, for practical pantsuits, stopped calling her old friends, quit her job at the coffee shop, and stopped smiling. Nobody recognized her, and they were all surprised when she ran for city councilman.
Odette was stuck in a preschool as soon as they'd take her. Teachers commented on Odette's natural intelligence. When Amelia realized they were right, she transferred Odette to an elite private school. Her daughter was going to be a genius! Odette was pushed to near the breaking point to learn to read, write, and more before any of the other kids got a chance. Amelia told her that she was going to be brilliant, so Odette felt like she had to live up to her mothers expectations. Perhaps that's what motivates her today.
All the meanwhile, Amelia was working her way through the American government. A gorgeous, charming, intelligent child definitely helped campaign efforts. When Odette was in second grade, teachers asked her mother if it might be good for Odette to skip a grade. Amelia accepted without a second thought. Why wouldn't she allow her child to be challenged even more? Odette had to leave behind her friends, and she had a hard time making new ones. She got used to eating lunch alone, sitting on a bench during recess, never going to birthday parties, never having play dates.
The fall of Odette's eighth grade year, Amelia was voted to US congress. That meant the family would be relocated to Washington, D.C. The new private school Odette was started at was positively miserable for her. Most of the kids there were sons and daughters of politicians, and they thought themselves higher than poor, poor Odette. Thankfully, Vanderbilt was available for her next year. Amelia thought it might be nice for Odette to get a different school experience. Anyways, Amelia would never be elected president if she had to keep up with a teenage girl.

Tessa's parents had always been frustrated at her behaviour. How were you supposed to protect someone who did everything so... well? Tessa behaved in a way that was horrible for her, but so surprisingly rightful. It was hard to stay mad at her, because truly she was right and the universe wrong. But if the whole universe was wrong, didn't that make her the wrong one? She'd always felt like she didn't belong. But at least her parents were supportive of her. She'd been lonely growing up, since her parents were always away, she was an only child, and her personality didn't really help. But she found safety in fictional characters - the only friends and rolemodels she needed. So she started acting at age 7, and surprised her parents, who thought she completely transformed on stage - which was true.

Pyper is the artist of the group. Now, she's not only an artist in painting an drawing, but in mostly anything. She is the master of disguise, basically. Not only she can literally physically make you blend in to a tree, she can also act her way out of problems. She is an artist of lies, an artist of words basically, so she can be very persuasive and almost no one will know how to get through her character shell. She is kind to people in general, she isn't known to be rude. She is very cheerful and outgoing too. She is known for her peculiar humour. Something that usually surprises people is that she may be small, but she is stubborn as heck. She defends herself and her friends with all her might, not caring who she hurts. She can be a bit awkward at first meetings but that can be easily overcome. She isn't quite the most patient of people, and can be pretty reckless and act without thinking. This would anger her parents. Her brother was more like what her parents liked, so he was much chosen over Pyper, but it was okay since she didn't like them either. Her mind has grown as much as she has, and it's been doing some real growth. Her first venture into science was when she was six, and playing at kiddy models of molecules that were supposedly "far past her understanding". She could go on the record and very accurately recall people saying that she would likely fall in line with her mother. Which, would probably be quite disheartening if this was told to any other child, since her mother was a drunkard on the verge of a drug problem.

This wan't something that would stop her, considering she wasn't just any other child. Prompted with proving others wrong, as she enjoyed doing on other occasions. Through this, it only seemed to be that her personality took root. Her slightly confrontational manner came from countless arguments with older, "more competent" engineers of various fields. Tenacity might as well have been a product of that, too. But it doesn't quite explain her inability to fully form her thoughts at time. It's believed that this may be a symptom of some sort of deficiency or malfunctioning in the brain.
Everyone has off days, sure, but not like Darianne has. Not the kind where suddenly her IQ drops south of 70 and she can't get something to work right. And then all of sudden it's back and she knows what she's doing. They think it could be genetic, improper growth in the brain due to alcoholism of her mother during pregnancy. Darianne doesn't quite understand what it is either, but part of her latest research has been figure out what the hell is wrong with her.

But that's where the problem lies, or what people think is the problem. How can he be so two-faced, and yet so truthful? The thing is, people have a tendency to avoid the truth if they think it hurts. If they think it could damage the image of the world that they have, they turn away from it. That's how Teagan does it, he tells the truth, but the most important facts come only when they really want.

Life has always been interesting for Teagan because of this. The world was his stage, and he was the greatest player. People expected much from him, and got enough that they could look past the fact that they could be betrayed by him at the drop of a dime. They looked past whatever indiscretion he did because it wasn't the truth they wanted. His mother, even, tended to dote on him and praise him for things he never did just because it was the image of her son that she wanted to see. He didn't mind this, though it kind of hurt. It might have stung that she needed to lie to herself to love him the way she does. His father was barely around for him to even know what the man thought, and thus was of no consequence to him.
Teagan supposes that his honesty is what has him so admired in the athletic world. He concedes defeat graciously, and accepts victory humbly. Sure, he's got a big mouth and his emotions are in their truest, purest forms at all times. But, that doesn't really mix with sports. He doesn't understand why the things he does can never seem to go wrong on the court. It's like he can be forgiven once he has that ball or racket in his hand. Tennis, the responsibility rides solely on him, but with basketball or volleyball, it's a team effort. He has to get along with those people, or face inevitable defeat. And it seems like he could never get along with them, but his teammates seem to love that two-sided part of him. Maybe it's the adrenaline going straight to their heads, or maybe they've got a screw loose, but he loves it. And which is why he loves to play.

Karine was born in a quaint yet charming town in the south of France to her father, a constantly working yet loving businessman, and her mother, a kind and gentle woman who died while giving birth to Karine. andromeda, named for the galaxy closest to ours, is a galaxy of her own. she's the kind of girl you can't ever forget, the kind that you'll never want to live without. every moment with her is like an eternity. she's like a myth-the kind of girl whose life is too good, whose personality is too entrancing, whose skills have no limits. andromeda will make you feel like her friend in an instant, but those close to her know that the real thing is better than you could imagine. andromeda believes that every second is one you should take advantage and live to the fullest. life is never dull, not when you're with andromeda.

flashback to where it all started: the hamptons, july, a secluded room in a huge mansion. only three people (mother, midwife, and father) were in the room to witness the coming of the fourth, who would become the andromeda alexandrine fletcherson we all know today. of course, they couldn't care much at all. the mother was tired, and the father had work to do. the midwife had other babies to birth that day. enter the nanny (who was more a mother than the mother ever was).
flash forward five years, andromeda is the little darling of her parents' lavish parties, dazzling their astoundingly wealthy friends with her shining smile. pearly whites couldn't matter less to her parents, though. the nanny would console little andromeda every night her parents didn't kiss her good night (so every night). however, that wouldn't last much longer. little andromeda was sent to an elite boarding school in rural new england for first grade. she made friends, and while she was anything but alone, she'd never felt more lonely.
hence today's andromeda, the rebellious girl all know and love. a revolving cast of boyfriends cheer her on in the volleyball games and hang on her arm at the parties. the friends are there for her, but not really, you know? it's all casual. her life has just become a casual commitment, a party where the music never stops but the guests are ever changing. but nobody needs to know that-it'd sink her back to the earth with the rest of us.

sapphire was born in denver, colorado, to her two loving yet extremely busy parents whom ran a large technology company. since her parents were often away during the day, frequently on trips, or at home making phone calls and telling her not to disturb them; she never built a truly strong relationship with them. her best friend was always her younger sister, anna, who was two years younger than she was. having ever changing nannies taking care of them and parents which were always away, they could always trust another even in tough situations.
she grew up coding. she was the oldest, and her parents expected her to take over the company once they passed. html, java script, css: she knew it all. she enjoyed it quite a bit, though always felt pressured to do her best and often wished it was anna who was the eldest sibling of the two so sapphire would be able to pursue whatever profession it was that she desired. anna seemed to be more hardworking in her opinion, anyway.
she continued to code. it wasn't like she had a choice. soon she was better than some of the newer employees at her parents' company. she had made many programs capable of doing useful things by the age of twelve, and would type and program until her fingers couldn't do so. her life was the same. wake up, go to school, maybe have a bit of free time, code some more, then return home. by fourteen, she was just about a professional, making her parents proud.
her parents decided to send sapphire to an elite private school, seeing that many other respectable citizens decided to send their talented children there, and at age fourteen, felicity began to attend. she quickly blended in with the other wealthy kids there, particularly the techies since she had major coding skills, and learned to like it. it became her home away from home, and she found friends to comfort her even though there were vicious cliques. when she was fifteen, she decided to start her youtube channel, talking about her life, coding from time to time, fandom related things, and just random things which she liked. she didn't expect success, though after a year, she racked up over 100k subscribers. currently, she codes, makes friends, and keeps up with her channel.

When his mother, Mara, died, Luke had a really hard time accepting it. When his father told him to man up and move on, he instead rebelled and fell in with the wrong crowd. He was fifteen and had a drug addiction. His dad didn't even know, and his sister was away at a prestigious school. His dad got remarried, but he didn't care and didn't even try to get to know his new step-mom, he even skipped the wedding! But on the night of the wedding, he got into some really bad stuff and was arrested. He got one phone call, and he called his father's secretary instead of his dad directly. He didn't expect his father to show up, and he was right, but his step-mother did. Luke was utterly shocked to see her, but she paid his bail without a complaint and didn't even scold him for what he had done. She went back to silence and it infuriated him. He confronted her about ignoring him but she just calmly said that's what she thought he wanted. She then explained that she had always wanted a son and she didn't want to screw this up. She wanted him to like her and told him that much, stating that she would like to get to know him if she could...if he would allow her to. He was dumbfounded and didn't know what to do. She had been the only one who showed him any care, and so he had to say yes. She convinced him to get help with his addiction and he agreed, promptly leaving for a rehab camp for two years. Then she recommended the Vanderbilt institute, so he applied and was accepted.

From the outside she seems very shy, very innocent, very fragile, and a very scared girl. But in reality she just puts that up for amusement. She straight forward, gets what she wants when she wants it and thinks everyone is less than her (which in some cases is true). She is deadly honest, and sharp as a tack. She gives no warning when she is about to do something.
She is very athletic and in shape. Cecily never refuses a bet or a challenge no matter what it is, and somehow always manages to get away with it in the end. She will fight for her place at the top with her fists and hurt anyone who gets in her way.
If you manage to get close to her you can see that she can be kind, and gently, and caring if she will not be judged for it.

Cecily was born 3 minutes after her twin brother Carter, to a Mom and Dad who were both lawyers. With there jobs they were never home during her youngest years so she was forced to stay with her brother. She would usually ditch him and go and play with her Dad's computer. by the time she was 5 she had learned how to hack simple things, online games she easily got free money/tokens without having to pay.
