Karin | 9225 comments Hi--this is a live event in Boston and not about books BUT I thought that before or after we could go to the wonderful Trident Bookstore which is only a 10 minute walk away. Or we could just meet at the bookstore.

It's music with a cello group and also a brass ensemble--free. Saturday afternoon, Nov 9.

Amy | 12930 comments What time? After the final soccer game and probable team party I’m probably free! Would love to catch up with you in our place!

Theresa | 15536 comments Too bad I can't sneak off to a weekend in Boston then! Another time...when no critical work deadlines.

The concert is at 3, but if that's too early, I'll be free afterward since my son is going to do watch of his mandatory student concert attendance concerts--one of his friends is a composition major who is having a recital so at least it's something he wants to see :)

That would be lovely. I'm there every Thursday, but am also in there a number of Saturdays during the school year--just let me know and I can check my calendar-ideally Amy and perhaps others will be free as well :). Amy is a very freindly, interesting and a great conversationalist, etc. (lack of Oxford comma is deliberate due to my university years :) ).

Amy | 12930 comments Thank you for the compliment. Glad not to be described as frenetic and off the wall....

I'm always glad not to be described that way as well!
