Booknblues | 12060 comments Mark Twain wrote many of his books at Quarry Farm in Elmira, NY. It is only a few miles from where I grew up. The video also shows some pictures of my alma mater as well:

Reminds me that on one of my trips upstate I need to visit Elmira again, especially Mark Twain's study, etc.

Theresa | 15525 comments BTW BnB, if you find yourself in or passing through Owego, stop at Riverrow Books...mostly used with some new. You can find treaures there. Then grab lunch at Riiver Rose Cafe across the street. Just cross the bridge from 17 and turn right- they are in that first block.
