She nodded her head. It was her fault this all happened? "Look this is not fault okay its yours you make the bad choices not me." She said in a hush voice.

"The bad choice had to be made, there was no other option." He said, giving her that at the only information he's offer her. "You get a free rise to see a new state."

"Your a liar and wrong." She said. "I could have gotten to a new state by myself." She said looking down more.

"You would've never done that on your own and you know it." His voice was firm, "you wouldn't have the courage to do anything out of your habit," he added. He sounded harsh and he knew it but he didn't tolerate that kind of stuff.

"Stop it." She said "Stopped talking to me now." she yelled. she needed her medicine this is what happened when she didn't take it. "I don't care I have a routine I need to keep or this happens." She whispered.

"What? You have an actual opinion about something? That's what you're supposed to have no be muted and shoved around like a sheep." He countered back, his blue eyes shining with frustration.

"Please stop it." She asked. She was getting angry. "Stop it now I don't care. I don't have my meds and you making things worse." She said.

"Wwhatever." He couldn't muster anything else to say. What did you tell a girl who doesn't see that the medications were a huge problem and speaking your mind and getting mad was a natural way of humans.

"Thank you." She whispered softly. Her eyes flickered outside. "Please just take me home I don't know how to do this whole outside thing." She said

He laughed "you don't get to opt out like that." He said "there's no more choices on whether you stay or go. That is a closed off thing. I dont want to get caught for your selfishness."

"You know what this all your fault I have to suffer because you can't make the right choices. " She said. "Thats not fault and will never be." She said.

He rolled his eyes, she could be mad at him and be mad at him all she wanted. He didn't care, it wasn't like her opinion mattered to him. He didn't care what anyone thought.

"Everyone thinks I'm spoiled well they haven't meant you." She said. "You think your poor and you have it bad how about people starving out there? People who have it worse than you?" She said. "You think I'm the brat no I'm not the brat. Brats don't think."

He glared at her from the front mirror "you think i don't have it bad? try being a scholarship student at school. I was the person on the street." He ranted he knew that he shouldn't had said it the second he had let it out. He didn't need a pity party, not from her and not from anyone. "You truly are the brat, you acknowledge the poor but you don't do anything about it, you stay in your little rotation."

She was mad now. "Well at least I don't try to go to rich school when I'm not." She said. She looked up at him. He hurt her. "I thought maybe you could be different from my parents but now I know why my parents don't me hanging out with people like you because they always have to hurt people to make themselves feel better." She looked down. She took her phone out and started to play a game trying to calm herself as her hands were shaking. She was afraid she was going to burst into tears.

He sighed loudly in frustration, did she not get it, really? "I;m nothing like your parents, i haven't done one thing to put you down. You gave me a lie and i told you the truth. I'm keeping it one hundred percent real." Then for good measure he added "bet you aren't used to that huh."

"I have to go pee." She said calmly. She didn't look up at him. She kept playing her game to calm her down. "Can we please stop at this rest stop for me to go pee its almost night time no one will be there." She whispered.

He grunted, pulling sharply into the rest stop. "Make it quick, leave your phone here. Make it quick you have exactly five minutes." He said looking at the clock on the dashboard.

She nodded her head and went into the bathroom. She didn't care about the time really. She quickly walked in and sat in the biggest stall letting the tears that she was holding in come down her cheeks.

Nathan sat in the car, seven minutes he thought. Did it really take that long to pee, he didn't think so. He waited impatiently his fingers making a beat on the steering wheel, trying to keep himself from getting mad.

Jules new she was taking too long. She wasn't going to go out there and let him see the satisfaction of her crying. Kids made of her fun because of when she was little not today. She will not let it happen.

He got out of the car and banged on the door that he saw her go on "Will you hurry up? People have started to ask questions." He whispered harshly, knowing well that she could hear him.

People were making fun of her? Like always that didn't help her situation. She let the tears fall down her cheeks. She wasn't going to go out there. She was going to stay where she was.

"Hey!" he hissed, "get your ass out here, now." He snapped, there was no going back now. "Would you stop being a little baby, suck it up. Put a happy face on and get your ass in the damn car. We need to go." He said goin off on her, he didnt have time for female drama.

She got up and pulled her hoodie over her face letting the tears fall slowly. She open the door and walked to the car her head down. She got in there looking at the floor of the car. Tears kept running down her cheeks.

He stomped back to the car, turned on the engine and continued down the road, "what the hell was that about? Are you trying to get me arrested?"

She curled into a little ball not listening to him. "Can I have my phone. "She whispered softly.

He dug the phone out of his pocket and laid it in his palm, waiting for her to take it from him. He didn't say a word. He knew he took that too far, his temper had gotten the best of him.

She took it and started to play a game. She didn't pay attention to him. She wasn't going to.

He spent the next hour, going through small back roads and finally finding a small forest area, he pulled the car into a tucked in corner where they couldnt be seen from the road. "We're staying here i need to sleep." he said before he reclined the seat and looked up at the ceiling, folding a small blanket behind his head.

She nodded her head some. She gently closed her eyes. She soon fell asleep. Some how her head landed on his chest. She didn't notices. As she was fast asleep.

Nathan awake when he felt something on his chest. He opened an eye lazily seeing it was her head. He didn't bother trying to move it, he was too tired and he had caused her enough pain he didn't want to get into another dispute over something, he didn't have the energy.

Julie smiled in her sleep. She was having sweet dreams that could not be disturbed. Everything was alright in her dreams nothing could go wrong in them at all.

Nathan awake with a start, a small branch had snapped off of the tree above them. He slowly looked down at her head, he didn't want to wake her. He looked at the clock, 7:20, he could let her sleep only till 30 then he would have to get a move on.

She was happy about her dreams. She calmed down from last night's mishappenings. She snuggled into whatever she was laying on.

He cleared his throat, "comfy?" he asked an amused smile on his face, both his eyebrows raised with amusement. He put his hands behind his head, his hair a black mess.

She heard a voice. "Yeah car seats make good beds." She whispered. She didn't know that she was comfy on him.

He laughed "you mean my chest is comfy," he said cockily. He was enjoying this cuz any minute he knew that she would either blush or do something completely unexpected.

She heard him. "I'm not on your chest." She said. Her eyes were still closed. Its not nice to lie to people."

"If I'm such a liar why don't you see for yourself." His time was light, "you've made yourself quite a little section here."

She opened her eyes and found that he was right. She backed away looking down trying not to blush. "I'm sorry."

He laughed "I'd be lying if I said it wasn't comfortable." He said winking at her. He smoothed back his hair, waiting for her to get a safe distance away for him to push up his chair.

She went over to her seat. She looked down. "I didn't mean to do that." She whispered. She was afraid he would say something mean

He set his chair upright, "as long as it was comfortable." He said smiling. Starting the engine he yawned and rubbed the sleep out of his eyes. "I won't tell if you won't."

"What is that suppose to mean?" She whispered. She looked at him. "I have nothing to tell." She said

"Then there's nothing to say," he said shrugging. She hadn't gotten the joke, he tried. "We'll find a rest place, you can go in and grab something, I'll give you the cash."

"Thanks." She whispered softly. "I'm sorry about last night." She said in a quite voice. She didn't mean to sound so timid but she did.
