Robert Adauto (robert_adautoiii) | 8 comments Hi, I’m a first-time author looking for beta readers. Here’s my blurb:

The Book of Infinite Shadows is an ancient weapon with pages of spells powerful enough to defeat the enemies of fae-kind. And now the Book has fallen into the hands of a dangerous man with a twisted vengeance. His hatred for mankind fuels his desire to bring a hellish nightmare on Earth.

Sherlyn Coyle’s haunted past fuels her passion to hunt down the fiancé who tore her life apart.
Her genius investigative skills become paramount as she joins a special team to stop the devious plan from happening and bring the culprit to justice.

Fang is a world-renowned assassin whose mind has been shattered and distorted by those who trained her. She knows the crooked man who took the ancient weapon and knows how to kill him.

The two forces collide in a tangle of deceit and destruction. Can Coyle and Fang find the common thread between them and stop their world from being destroyed?

Coyle and Fang: Book of Infinite Shadows is the first book in a series of action-packed adventures set in Victorian-Era San Francisco.

Let me know if you’re interested!
Thanks so much!

M.L. | 947 comments Just a thought on the blurb. "Sherlyn Coyle is an intelligent woman with a haunted past." Is it the haunted past that sets her apart or being an intelligent woman? Same with "Fang is a dangerous assassin." An assassin should be dangerous so that's a given. How many kills has she made?

Fixed it. Hope the new version is more clear.
