Ladies, I went to my email tab and I already have the button to receive 'nothing' highligthed. Any other suggestions??

Gwen did you scroll down that page and unckeck all the options? There is a whole page of emailing or notification options. I used to be overwhelmed with all the emails and notifications and when I unchecked all of the boxes, I don't get any anymore.

Well I've just completed book#3, 'Innocent Blood' by James Rollins and Rebecca Cantrell. It's the second of their 'The Order of the Sanguine' series/ trilogy. I highly recommend this series to anyone that's intrigued with biblical/historical/paranormal fiction.
My public library decided to send me all my requested books at once.. Funny, ha,ha...not! So it seems that I'll be on a Victoria Laurie reading spree for a while... Abby Cooper, psychic investigator, here I come.

4/125... Not a bad way to start the year off. I had to put Kurt Vonnegut' s 'Timequake' and J.R.Ward's "The King" back on my TBR shelf, I just was not connecting to them. Later... Well now onto my other novels in the Abby Cooper series.

6/125. I've painfully finished Victoria Laurie' s Ghost Hunter book#8,'The Ghoul Next Door'. It was mentally very long, due to the lead characters, M.J., Heath, and Gil, two- dimensional, luster-lacking personalities. I really prefer her Abby Cooper, Psychic Eye series.

Well ladies, over the past two moths, I've managed to read at least 10books/month. It's now 20 down and 105 to go.(16% of goal). I've joined some interesting challenge groups like the Paranormal Group and the A-Z Challenge list, but to date the most challenging is the I-Spy Challenge. I'm desperately trying to come up with a twist or play on the categories, like 'Things That Grow_-"hair or breasts instead of trees or plants" :-)
