Which was better? The original Ready Player One novel by Ernest Cline or it's movie adaptation from 2018?

I think the book and movie are vastly different. If I had to choose, I'd pick the movie over the book.

Have to agree. Universal shoehorning all of its properties into the film made me enjoy it ten times more. I loved seeing The Jurassic Park T-rex, King Kong, Jason, etc. all in the same scene.
