Anthony Williams | 4 comments Hi all, new member here. I've totally fallen in love with this book! And the film is wonderful too. Anyone else a fan of them?

Anthony Williams | 4 comments I completely agree Hunter! Although they were quite explicit the scenes never felt inappropriate or sleazy, just beautiful and sensual

Ashley | 1 comments This is my favourite book and I often listen to the audio book. Enigma Variations is on my list of books to read and I hope it’s just as good!

Anthony Williams | 4 comments Hi Ashley! I’ve not heard of Enigma Variations - I’ll check it out. I hear Armie Hammer is the narrator of the audio book for CMBYN

Charlie Tchaikovski (charlietki) | 1 comments Yes, it's a beautifully written story, I loved both the book and the movie. I'm torn as to which has the better ending - the book is wonderful to give us those years of follow up, but that ending for the movie, no words, just brilliant acting, is one of the best endings I have ever seen in a film. However, I must say, I'm a bit turned off by Armie Hammer since all that nonsense about his cannibalism. It almost ruins the movie for me.

Robert Dunbar Charlie wrote: "... all that nonsense about his cannibalism."

I'd missed that, somehow. Thank gods for google. Cannibalism? Seriously?

Anthony Williams | 4 comments Charlie - the final scene of the film kills me every time! It’s so heartbreakingly brilliant
